Returns

We want to get off on the right foot. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of delivery, please contact our team to request a return and we'll email you a return shipping label. Once received, you will have 10 days to ship them back to us. Please note that customers in AK and HI are responsible for the costs of return shipping. 

We're happy to authorize a full refund for products in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Once a return has been received, please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your original form of payment, minus a $7.95 restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our returns policy.

 

Please note that due to the volume of orders received, we cannot modify or cancel orders after they are placed. Orders placed using a seasonal promotional code are eligible for store credit only. Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned. 

 

Shirts and outerwear can be exchanged. Totes are non-refundable.
